Hello! This is Dave Parker and Grant MacQuilkan. We’ve been doing business together since 1994 and have officially been business partners since 1997. We have built our business ICCG and ICCG Capital over the last 2 ½ decades by buying, building and then selling over a dozen businesses ourselves and by successfully helping a bunch of other great people out there do the same thing.
Today, ICCG is a business transaction or M&A advisory firm specializing in closely-held or family-owned businesses with an enterprise value between $2M and $75M. We help business owners do something they don’t do every day: sell their business. Our clients are some of the smartest people who make great decisions in their field of expertise. We simply convert unknowns to knowns, help them through less familiar paths, to accomplish what they want. We are not smarter than them, we have just been doing this for a while, both for ourselves and for others.
We both have business degrees but neither of us hold an MBA except when it comes to the school of hard knocks. This series of videos and blogs is simply our way of giving back to the community of small business owners who are responsible for keeping the American economy in tact.
