ADDING A PARTNER: PART 5


Giving ownership to the NextGen is often a goal but few people actually get it done. The many questions and issues that come up regarding family dynamics, family conflict and trying to figure out what is fair to all only add to the mix of key employee issues faced when normally selling the business. We have coached kids on how to buy the business and we have helped parents assess the capabilities of their kids in business along with structuring the "transaction" for the desired result while equipping NextGen to be successful.
